FollowTheMap is a web-based tool that lets you build a custom interactive route map from a list of stops. You can download a free static PNG of your map, or purchase a self-contained interactive HTML file for $2.99.
By using FollowTheMap, you agree to these terms.
The free PNG is a static image of your map. It includes a watermark identifying followthemap.com. You may use it for personal, social, or editorial purposes. You may not remove the watermark or claim it as your original work.
When you purchase the interactive map file:
You are responsible for the stop names, notes, and any content you enter into FollowTheMap. We do not store your content, but you warrant that anything you enter does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
FollowTheMap relies on third-party services for map tiles, geocoding, and photos (see our Privacy Policy). The availability of those services is outside our control. If a third-party service is unavailable, features that depend on it may not work.
FollowTheMap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that map results will be accurate. Geocoding results are generated automatically and may occasionally be wrong.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FollowTheMap and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the maps it generates.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the date at the top updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
